I took my Grand Mansion environment and changed out the textures/models to create an abandoned version. All models, textures, and lighting were done by me.

For most of the broken pieces, I took shapes in Maya and used the “shatter solid” effect to get jagged pieces. This worked for the broken ceiling tiles, the ceiling beams, and the column. I added leaves using the foliage tool within unreal, and created piles of debris in Maya using rigidbodies to get the to land and fall in a random pattern.
