Fantasy Chest

This chest had a 5000 triangle limit, and was created from some concept art. It was created with the intent for MMO games.

The model was created initially in Maya, a low and high poly mesh was created. I then took the griffin pieces and the detailed plating into ZBrush to sculpt out better details.

Texturing was done mostly in Substance Painter. The design behind the griffins was created taking a lapis substance and a gold leaf substance into Substance Designer where I then worked some masking blends to create the design that was in the concept that could be fully controllable in Substance Painter.
